I'm still recovering from the news that Heath-sad-face-Ledger is playing the Joker.

If this is true, then not cool, Nolan. Not cool at all. However, as long as Kristen Bell keeps her grubby hands off the part, I suppose I'll survive.

I think Heath is an excellent choice for the Joker part, have you seen the guy grinning? Pretty scary shit (http://www.bigmonkeycomics.com/data/heath-ledger-attacks-paparazzi-with-eggs-2.jpg). Although the grin of doom is much more noticeable in 10 things I hate about you.

I won't say anything about SMG because I'm biased like WHOA, being a BtVS and AtS fangirl, but I can say I would totally hate KB as HQ, lately she has been disapponting me with VM and her movies and those diva rumours about her D: But I don't want Brittany Murphy either.

I'm a total AtS fangirl as well. However, Buffy lost its luster for me after Angel, Cordelia, and Oz left.

I've heard rumours and a lot of people at IMDB were saying she was perfect for the role, pffffffft!

I agree that the best Buffy seasons were the first three, however I continued to watch and enjoyed most of it, exceptions being: Willow turning gay, Giles leaving, season 6 of dooooom, Kennedy and eye!patch Xander. The fact is, I will always have a soft spot for SMG and Buffy (it was my first fandom), no matter what.

I watched up into the sixth season, but the combination of Buffy/Spike and UPNness overwhelmed me. I really hate Buffy/Spike. :(


In regards to these Harley prospects... I think I'm going to go curl up in a corner somewhere for a while...

Hehe. I can't really picture anyone other than Arleen Sorkin saying "Mr. J!" correctly.

I don't doubt that Ms. Gellar can play a ditz. *Recalls Buffy* But I don't think she can play the right kind of ditz that Harley's role requires. Plus, I really don't see her and Ledger having the right kind of chemistry to make this work.

It would just be wrong all around. :P
