starvinbohemianEee! My Simon/Monty fic, The Lost Ones, got nominated for "Best Epic" at The Heroes Slash Fanfiction Awards: Summer 2009. Anyone not already participating should check out that huge plethora of awesome Heroes fic.
I haven't had a fic nominated for anything since OA, and that was a very, very long time ago, my friends. I don't have a chance in hell of winning, but I'm all a-giddy at being in the same category as [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] and [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com]-- two of my favorite fic authors. That would be honor enough, but I'm also nominated alongside anansie_s's Wayfarer, which is one of my favorite Nathan/Peter fics.
